This is the third time that prices of the Dominar 400 have increased since March 2018.

Bajaj Dominar 400 has witnessed yet another price hike, this month. It is the third occasion this year that Bajaj has increased the price of its flagship offering. The first time was in March 2018 when the bike maker hiked the price points of its entire two-wheeler line-up. In May 2018, the Dominar 400 once again saw an increase in price.

The base variant of the Dominar 400 has been priced at Rs 1,48,043 and the ABS variant now retails for Rs 1,62,074 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi). This makes the Bajaj Dominar 400 base variant dearer by Rs 1,802, while you will have to shell out an additional Rs 1,932 for the Dominar 400 ABS.

As part of the 2018 update, the Dominar 400 was introduced in three new colours, along with gold-finished alloy wheels. It’s worth mentioning that Bajaj now offers a two-year free service and a five-year warranty period for its flagship offering.

The Bajaj flagship was launched in 2016 at an introductory price of Rs 1.36 lakh. While pricing of the Dominar 400 has risen constantly, sadly for Bajaj, the sales chart hasn’t followed the same trend. It competes against the Mahindra Mojo UT (Rs 1.49 lakh) as well as the base Royal Enfield Classic 350, which retails for Rs 1.39 lakh (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
